Worst company ....no promotion.....full of partiality.... only Malayalam people can get good benefits and they only get good salary with good promotion...... language based partiality is more

...er one year, I really want to share experience even after being best performer NO SALARY HIKE NO PROPER PROCESS STRUCTURE NO BOND BETWEEN MANAGEMENT TO EMPLOYEES NO SUPPORT FROM HR, NO CLARITY. NO HIKES, NO INCENTIVES, NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU WORK. NO NOT A GOOD PLACE I WOULD SAY, BUT SOMETHING IS BETTER THAN NOTHING IS MY WORDS...

* Being working more than 5 yrs not get promoted or any kind of salary benifits * Managers are rude * behaving like Hemmersbach is their own company and they are given salary from its own pockets * Salary increment like a peny coins as Indian management pursuption which is given as a alms. * treating like labor

Dry Promotion , Salary Slabs are not changed after promotion. Cost cutting when it comes to paying employees. Rest of the things are best here, lovely people to work with, great culture.

Dry Promotion is a thing here, appraisal are done in March but new salary is effective post June month which is weird

...s one of the easiest and relaxing job profiles I have come accross in my career. Salary is amazing if you are experienced. Do negotiate while salary discussion.

It is a monotonous job. Absolutely no learning. Growth depends on your relationship with management (You know what I mean). Complete Quality team has no idea what quality parameters are but they are there beacuse they are good with management. The quality team will get you in trouble and management will find a reason to fire you. The project (HP) is really good but it has been 8 months and still not streamlined (Contract for 3 years). Management makes goofy decisions each day and there's an update about process daily. Incompetant people are trying to organize the process/project. There are no IJP's rolled out, your growth is decided by management.
