Pay is not adequate. It is very low. No bonus whatsoever. I have been working here for over an year and gained no benefits. Payment is not timely, it is very delayed. Notice period terms and conditions are not mentioned in the contract and the penalties charged for accidentally missing a class are 4 times more than what is paid to you for one session. They charge you 800 penalty per session if you missed it in case of emergency and pay you only 200 if you attend it. You cannot reach out to the students or parents apart from the Hello Learner platform. This means you cannot benefit with your educator skills beyond the platform. No network between the other teachers. No communication with other educators. Operations team lacks quick acknowledgement of queries. They ignore your mails and make up their own policies just to charge you with an unjust penalty. You do the work of hiring a long term student. The educator does the job of Salesperson and gets no credit for it.

The freedom to work remotely and picking your own working hours.

Dislikes

The remuneration is pathetic. They pay peanuts and it is a lot of work. Right from assigning homework to conducting ptm and working on multiple projects with the students. The workload if quite a bit and they pay only 200 per class for regular classes wherein they deduct tds as well. Apart from this they also don’t pay you anything if the student doesn’t show up for the class. You are asked to wait atleast 15 minutes before dropping the session. The leave policy is terrible . One can’t apply for more than one day leave in a month.

The worst company ever i have worked with they literally haven't even give my FNF its been 7 months and they lied to give full salary eventually when they went into layoff forcefully asked to resign since they were not able to pay!

The Company has no regard for the well being and health of their staff. They also do not accommodate teachers and you are left completely on your own

Likes

The operations team ia very co-operative. The work environment is great and the career chances are good. As an educator my only job is to teach students. I am not doing any extra sales work or technical work. The team is respectful not only to the students but also to the educators.
