at certain stage after 7 to 8 years of experience, growth opportunities are very less, if you are looking for higher position.

Management in India is not much supportive No clear promotion and growth criteria Perks are less over Hella Global Employees they get more but obvious than Hella India Insecurity , being an automobile manufacturing company , not so much importance to IT infra (although in house )
