They value human and humanity. Best part of Helios is they not treat as employee they treat as Family member

Dislikes

Most of technology they worked but projects of Python , AI, Blockchain is less number in company

The excellent working culture of the organization which is driven from top to bottom in same manner. Abely driven by the CEO himself.

Dislikes

Desk arrangements can be more spacious and comfortable for employees to work and give more output

Likes

Pros - No doubt in the case, the company is working with the latest technology. That is the only good thing. Cons - I had a terrible experience with TL and Project Manager. They are too rude. Managment never listen to your problem and bias towards the employee who works there for many years. Doesn't matter if you are right.

Dislikes

Terrible TL and Project manager, no work life balance at all, No appraisal at all.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
