...assigned to project. Company has wide varity of projects specially in java tech. Except salary hike all other things u expect from organisation, HF fullfills all. WFH, balance, culture learining opportunity, leaves , etc... all are good

Dislikes

Salary hike is very nominal , wFH is not flexible means u have to come to office 2 days per week mandatorily

Likes

The CEO are very knowledgable, however the drill-down is not provided adequately. The work-life is slightly better as they provide hybrid mode. The remuneration is far better than other IT companies.

Dislikes

The Company culture is very bland and no one interacts with anyone. They are completely within themselves and hardly any team bonding. There is absolutely no skill development. The results are needed at the earliest which differs case to case, however patience is lacked to a certain extent. Changes in work ethics and work strategy is very rigid and the management is not in the favour to experiment.
