Not good Salary structure, no increment and no pramotion for the employees who work hard for so many years. Even after working 8 Yrs salary my salary is 35k. Cost of living increase and the decreases the expenses and salary of the employee.

Only the incentive structure and daily allowances of the company are lucrative.

The salary structure is very low graded. There is no increment during the promotion.Only responsibility increase.No recognition if you achieve sales target or others criteria.
