Work Environment is good. Supportive Managers. Most importantly Company's Managing Director and whole team is a great. Company's future is very bright.

Dislikes

Sites working time is unpredictable as at some places it's good while at other places it's very bad, for newcomers it's a bit difficult to adapt but after that it's very good as all people are very nice and supportive.
