Job security is depend on Employee's performance. HR Arrange the workshops for Skill development. All Employees are working in HRAPL are also very nice.

Hector Research is very much growing company which gives all employees a proper platform and a very good knowledge about the field. Very interactive with work schedule and employees.

Salaries are not given as much the hectic work every employees handles every day. and appraisals should be given accordingly. not able to balance work and family due to limitless work.

Good number of studies & Sites in different therapeutic areas, so you can explore more skill in all the areas.

Once candidate feels comfortable at one site, they always change work place. You never know when they change your working site
