...r time for staff category One way ticket providing at the time of joining only No accommodation,No food , getting fixed salary only No other benefits for staff Administration is very poor in work sites All departments under construction domination More than 08 hrs working (12hrs) with out over time in projects especially in tank const. The fact that the salary was paid on time was some what comforting.

Dislikes

There are many shortcomings in providing nutritions and hygiene food to shutdown people. Shutdwon Managers also don't care about crew. Quality of food is very worst.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
