...r time for staff category One way ticket providing at the time of joining only No accommodation,No food , getting fixed salary only No other benefits for staff Administration is very poor in work sites All departments under construction domination More than 08 hrs working (12hrs) with out over time in projects especially in tank const. Unit Public holidays also we have to work with out benifit Hospitalization also very poor Transportation very poor Increment after 03 years only

Good colleagues and work culture...salary credits on time before end of the month...overall good company.

Working for extra hours or holidays without any pay...Food and accomadation not provided by the company, which is a huge drawback

The fact that the salary was paid on time was some what comforting.

Dislikes

There are many shortcomings in providing nutritions and hygiene food to shutdown people. Shutdwon Managers also don't care about crew. Quality of food is very worst.
