Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The fact that the salary was paid on time was some what comforting.

Dislikes

There are many shortcomings in providing nutritions and hygiene food to shutdown people. Shutdwon Managers also don't care about crew. Quality of food is very worst.

Not permanent but you can earn until the visa time. The salary will be credited on time.

They don't care the persons who works for the company. They don't care about how much time you work. You won't receive any bonus or any other benefits. You will not get increments. You won't get a recognizing. If you have vasta you can do anything. And more but no time.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

There is alot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but carer growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiness.
