No work life balance Company only wants revenue. Company is least bothered about services they just want to retain their clients no matter what. No employees are happy. Most of them resign within a year. NOTE FOR THE MANAGEMENT: If your employees aren't happy. the company is not going to grow. No matter how much technology you bring in. You will fail. There is still time to turn thing around.

...e paid for only one month in a quarter, essentially working two months for free. Additionally, the targets for incentives are set unrealistically high, making it difficult for employees to earn their full salary. I am still owed 50,000 rupees, but my emails to the HR department have gone unanswered. This treatment is unacceptable, and it is disheartening to see hard-working employees being taken advantage of in this manner. I request the LinkedIn community to share this post to raise awareness about the unfair practices at HealthifyMe. No salary they pay 14000 to experienced employees and make them work for 12 hrs and post that no Saturday Sunday is off and they provide you salary 4 times in a year rest they will increase your targets so that they pay you less and incentives only which is just 14 k or even less than Han that.

...H PRESSURE OF SALES AS IF THEIR MAIN FOCUS IS ONLY MAKING MONEY #NO APPRAISALS #NO ON TIME SALARY #HIGHER AUTHORITY PEOPLE ARE UNACCESIBLE # NO JOB SECURITY AT ALL #THEY MANIPULATE YOUR INTERNAL RATINGS TOO , FEELS SO HUMILIATING SOMETIMES #HEALTHIFYME SHOULD REALLY NEED TO WORK ON TO RETAIN THEIR TALENTED COACHES AND SERVE THEM WITH REAL AND ACTUAL BENEFITS.

Everything, they can promise to pay 20k Per month salary and ended in too many deduction and what not. Worst culture only they care about target and revenue. Very bad team leader.

Company culture is worst, too much politics and no action on it despite of addressing the issues , no growth at all ..they pay 0 attention if anything is related to employee benifit.
