Good exposure to Health Care product space

Dislikes

Poor quality of product written by street level developers Poor leadership who are busy saving their jobs than product Favoritism by blind leadership at CTO level SVP who don't anything more than a ticket and cant think or behave like a leader, very unprofessional street level yelling in big fonts over emails and chats. CEO talks well but doesnt care for the unit, favors Bangalore and Pune units.

Before 2023 HealthEdge was good. This year from January one of the toxic Sr.QA director joined HE then all QAs are struggling.

Dislikes

Senior QA director from US is asking QAs to work mid night and weekends and he will give unknown work to QA then pinging mid night to work on that at the same time they will not provide any KTs. If you completed your work without escalations then that director will give you bad review on your work without proofs (False reviews). Indian QA director will not support the QAs he will fallow US Director blindly. He will keep the QA under pressure then he will move that employee to PIP. Not recommended for QAs.
