Compensation is on the lower side, but understandable. My be map the skills of new joinees and freshers so that they can be put on the right project. Location: only in Ahmedabad (not a bad place as such, but in general is a pretty costly place to stay)

Good team who are very passionate The senior management is very approachable

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

The salary is on the lower side Mostly they work as vendors for some of the consulting companies, only few people work directly with clients. Less aggressive in their approach and projects are still very unclear. WFH is a issue with the management.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
