Dislike 👎 about this company they preferred only onroll employees not thinking about their Off-roll basis employees no salary increments.

No Job Security, No Growth of co as well as employees. Dictetorship of only two people.

No growth, unnecessery deduction of salary. After day night and 12 hrs work management not appeiciate the employees due to some personal ego. Bad management.

Very good organization. feel like govt office culture, salary comes on time. work-life balance is very good in this company.

In this you can learn about TPA industry. Employee is very cooperative.salary and appraisal both process on time and environment is also good. No any politics for growth, if are doing work by honesty, you will grow. ,

Software pathetic, need to update.Mental torcher for targets. Asking for week off days working. No work life balance because of this. No orientation teaching learning program arranged since day 1. Self learning policy applicable. Difficult to perform on these basis. Unprofessional behaviour of seniors.
