Working here is an absolute nightmare. The pay here is a joke. They promise raises and reviews, but those are just empty words. You will be lucky if you get anything more than the bare minimum.😒Forget about having a life. They expect you to work all the time, and I mean all the time. Weekends, late nights, it doesn't matter. 😢They don't care about your personal time at all. The culture is toxic, plain and simple. 😖Management rules by fear and intimation, and they play favorites like it's a sport. There's zero support of for growth, and the constant negativity is draining. 🤯🥴The seniors and team members are a nightmare to work with. They're rude, unprofessional, and make the work environment even more unbearable. Instead of mentoring and supporting, they belittle and undermine you. 😵‍💫🤒🤕Employee satisfaction is a priority here. Most of the staff are miserable and it's no surprise with how poorly everyone is treated. The place is a mess, both literally and figuratively. There is no sense of organization, adding to the overall chaotic and depressing vibe.🥵🤬🫨 The company policies are outdated and only serve to the benefit the management. Any attempts to bring up the issues or suggest improvements are ignored or met with hostility. 👹☠️DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND LOOK ELSEWHERE. THIS PLACE IS A DISASTER, AND YOU DESERVE BETTER. 🥸💀🤡

A few co-workers were somehow good, however, seniors are pathetic. I always felt that I was working with the bunch of morons. There is zero job security, work life balance is worst. They have a very toxic culture. Its attrition rate is too high. There is no growth in this so called glorified lala company. In case you have an offer from Heads Up (now Rein Heads) your life will be down once you accept it. Thank me later.
