HR Department is all set to make company worse. And they ain't stoping anywhere. Deducting your salary unnecessarily to cutting down your leaves, Misbehaving with you, Late Salary No promotions

...credited on time. There is no one to take responsibility of the leaves balances. Even if you have balance with you they can deduct it from your salary and you need to raise multiple concerns in order to get it resolved.

Nothing at all tbh. But yes there was no micro-managent from the immediate manager that was the only good thing.

No job security, salary gets delayed by 15 days every month, no learning, company' centric policies only, the management doesn't think about employees, not even a bit. Extremely disappointed. If you don't want to ruin your career please don't join Headfield.
