Worst Experience I have shared never join this Organization unless if you want to exploit your career. They never pay for those days which you work for them. I Mistakenly joined this organization but due to toxic work culture & poor health due to Night shift. I decided to left & even inform to HR but they not Paid my Earned wages of22 Days. Nothing at all tbh. But yes there was no micro-managent from the immediate manager that was the only good thing.

No job security, salary gets delayed by 15 days every month, no learning, company' centric policies only, the management doesn't think about employees, not even a bit. Extremely disappointed. If you don't want to ruin your career please don't join Headfield.
