Working environment and work culture are good. Senior is supporting sometimes. Salary and incentive are on time.
Worst HR policy. Not good for long term, Training not provided employee need to learn from senior everytime. HR just take on board.
Management are good but have some discrimination among the actual staff and support staff. System, asset are worthless.
Salary increment and promotions are poor, as I’m stuck from around 6 months to get a promotion. The post of scanning coordinator is no more that’s why they were promoting me but till now I didn’t get promotion , I’m working in net salary only , no incentive nothing so this is quite disappointing for me , demotivates me.
Its a great place to work with the perfect balance of work and personal life. Company culture is so different to the others is a positive way. Learning and development programmes are very good to improve your skills and knowledge to grow in this sector.
Low work pressure comparing to other NBFCs, Salary on time

BSA payouts very late, very low perks and benifits, company having only one computer to the entire branch. This company works for HDFC bank and bank employees don't respect the employees of hdfc sales company.
A good learning platform regarding customer interaction and portfolio management. Job security is there and the environment is quite charming. Associate people are very friendly and a good guidance is also there.
Remuneration is not Upto the mark along with no other facilities also. No bonus or incentives for in-house people. If the payout is a little better then it would be a great company to work for.
