Intensive structure is good, everyone should get salary including intensive around 50k to One lakh depends upon their buisness.If we do good buisness then will get good intensives. Finally am really enjoying this kind of sales job and thanks to hdfc company to given good opportunity to me.

Class of service not reaching masses. Targets be achieved in small pockets with ease but ask tap HNI customer is more of corporate nature.Backup to employee is less,more of order , termination is constant boore in mind.

Its a great place to work with the perfect balance of work and personal life. Company culture is so different to the others is a positive way. Learning and development programmes are very good to improve your skills and knowledge to grow in this sector.

salary and benefits are so low in this company and the promotions activity also not good.

Low work pressure comparing to other NBFCs, Salary on time

BSA payouts very late, very low perks and benifits, company having only one computer to the entire branch. This company works for HDFC bank and bank employees don't respect the employees of hdfc sales company.

- They offer low salary - Unnecessary cross sell products - Management doesn't allow to work in your own style..they just force you to do how they want specially in kandivali branch

Daily stretching, extraordinary pressure, you won't have any rights to take break, you suppose to be with like a machine, can't even talk to your colleagues.
