It offer a very stressful environment and there is to much work pressure. The salary offered is too low for a fresher the salary offered is 12 - 13 K for fresher and 28 - 20k in hand for experienced. Field work is involved you have to go where ever company want you to go on your own cost. No travelling allowance is given to gain the travelling allowance you have to achieve your Target which is maximum 2k. There is no weekend you also have to work on Sunday to visit clients.

Nothing, No employee engagement, no job satisfaction HR is not at all active, In sales profile even if you over shoot your targets company will find a way to cut off your incentive to 0

CONS- 1.VERY POORLY DESIGNED INCENTIVE STRUCTURE 2.NO WORK LIFE BALANCE 3. BASIC SALARY VERY LOW WHICH LEADS TO AGAIN LOW CTA OFFERED BY NEW ORGANISATION WHEN YOU SWITCH. 4. IF YOU MISS YOUR TARGET EVEN BY A SINGLE SELL YOU LOSE YOUR ENTIRE INCENTIVE. 5.TOO MUCH OF WORK PRESSURE WHICH LEADS TO SELLING IN YOUR OWN FAMILY SOMETIMES. 6. MANY A TIMES YOU MIGHT HAVE TO WORK FOR FULL 7 DAYS IN A WEEK. 7. GETTING A SINGLE DAY LEAVE IS ALSO ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE. 8 GETTING THE RELIEVING LETTER FROM THE HR TOOK MORE THAN TWO MONTHS. 9.ALTHOUGH BEING A ON-FIELD JOB NO TRAVELLING ALLOWANCE PROVIDED.
