If we talk about the over all experience of mine then it is good except salary. You got leaves when needed is this tha best part of.

Salary increment and promotions are poor, as I’m stuck from around 6 months to get a promotion. The post of scanning coordinator is no more that’s why they were promoting me but till now I didn’t get promotion , I’m working in net salary only , no incentive nothing so this is quite disappointing for me , demotivates me.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I have worked still 9 month in hdfc sales pvt.ltd.lucknow as a sales officer.there is proper training management good skill devlopment but job is only valuable for fresher because there growth is slow and compensation ls too low.this is a group company of hdfc ltd.so you will face many problems during process files.and you should have good buttering skill. and you will feel like a labourer during working.but environment and worklife balance is very nice.

It's a great place to pursue a career for anyone who is searching for good opportunity if he/she is meticulous.work culture is very good, management of company in aligned in every aspect.. Incentive structure is very attractive.. Above all one can learn almost everything about finance service..

Basic salary is very low but they have justified reason..The only reason I left for but one can make good amount of incentive which is far good than any other organizations..
