Work environment to be say ok ok but not overall good . Pressure job . There is no salary hike vry low salary they were offered .no job security.

Salary is not good nd career growth were also slow . No chances of growth.

Good work environment. Teammates are supported each other . Bank policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary and bonus every month.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

It's a good experience, I learn how to handle the customer nad giving customer satisfaction. Easy work no pressure. We can easily do monthly 10 file's above. A only drawback is salary is less and we have to achieve the target for basic salary.

The ONLY dislike is salary is low and for basic salary we have to achieve the target

Working environment and work culture are good. Senior is supporting sometimes. Salary and incentive are on time.

Dislikes

Worst HR policy. Not good for long term, Training not provided employee need to learn from senior everytime. HR just take on board. Management are good but have some discrimination among the actual staff and support staff. System, asset are worthless.

If we talk about the over all experience of mine then it is good except salary. You got leaves when needed is this tha best part of.

Salary increment and promotions are poor, as I’m stuck from around 6 months to get a promotion. The post of scanning coordinator is no more that’s why they were promoting me but till now I didn’t get promotion , I’m working in net salary only , no incentive nothing so this is quite disappointing for me , demotivates me.
