Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Usual work day is for about 12 hrs On document Saturday is a non working day but you will be forced to work with out pay. Overtime is a myth Promotion depends upon L1's will. Variable pay is only for MT's and chief manager & above Huge gap in pay at same band.

... Saturday and Sunday off as they have mentioned holiday at the time of joining. Also I feel there is discrimination in salary increament policy and working time among employees.

Working culture is not at all satisfactory. Regarding payout or salary of an advisor, ADM as well as appirisal of Branch Manager approved but not even processed till now. Seniors are using slang words in Concall as well as open forum.

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
