Almost every thing.. Like 7 days compulsory working... Office timings morning 9 to 9 at night... No time for families. No training... No induction... No support... Just pressure from zero day...

Hello team m Rishabh Rastogi from HDFC LIFE Bijnor Branch, there is a lot of pressure here for work and HDFC Life is a very good brand but there are no facilities for the employees in the office.

Here the calculation is less Here the salary is very high as compared to low and the facilities are also very less, the promotions target is very high and there are many parameters.

Late night sitting unnecessarily, Rude and rough language usage by bosses inspite of men or women, Depreciation, Don't follow code of conduct,Don't respect staffs ,only business and results, lack of co-operation and team work, Insist for hard drinks ,Bad behaviour, don't get leave if you don't perform, bias nature.
