The managers are poor skilled, knows only to create pressure but don't know to manage pressure. Don't groom the teams. 3. 6 days working. 4. Way behind technically. HDFC Life primarily exploits its employees by imposing excessive work pressure and making unnecessary salary deductions. Nothing great to vouch for, strong in processes only for front line people. HDFC. Salary will br creditrd on time just like other big corporates

No work life balance and respect, tremendous pressure.. Should do work like robot. For managers rules will be bent, for front line employees they will be very rigid with rules. Double standards
