Job security is good. If you don't do any fraud, then no one can take away your job.

Dislikes

No scope of growth. Work culture is not good. Do not pay for transportation on field. They expect to pay for everything from your own pocket, even if you have to give gifts to the sales people from your own salary. Managers are very bad cultured and will tell you foul things if you're not able to source policies.

HDFC Life primarily exploits its employees by imposing excessive work pressure and making unnecessary salary deductions. They promise promotions twice a year, but these commitments are often ignored due to office politics. Nothing great to vouch for, strong in processes only for front line people. HDFC. Salary will br creditrd on time just like other big corporates

No work life balance and respect, tremendous pressure.. Should do work like robot. For managers rules will be bent, for front line employees they will be very rigid with rules. Double standards

Everyone has engaged to pressuries us to do insurance 9. There is no truth about this. 10. Work life balance worst Customer telling us to withdraw policy but Manager telling us to not to do that.
