Nothing to like, people keep on absconding, due to no work life balance, irrelevant pressure.

...cy, rejected leaves at last moment even after informing manager 2 months before. * No job security, Manager always ask to resign in front of everyone in team meetings * Bullying regarding salary infront of colleagues, as if paying my salary from their own pocket *

Late night sitting unnecessarily, Rude and rough language usage by bosses inspite of men or women, Depreciation, Don't follow code of conduct,Don't respect staffs ,only business and results, lack of co-operation and team work, Insist for hard drinks ,Bad behaviour, don't get leave if you don't perform, bias nature.

Management are too friendly... All staff are too friendly and helping ...

Salary increment problem... promotion criteria too hard.. even new fresher staff Haring with high salary but old staff salary not increase,
