HDFC Life primarily exploits its employees by imposing excessive work pressure and making unnecessary salary deductions. They promise promotions twice a year, but these commitments are often ignored due to office politics. There is a notable lack of job security, and the company does not provide any training during the induction process. Employees are expected to perform tasks without proper guidance. The company culture is poor; it relies solely on its brand name while subjecting employees to undue stress. There is a lack of transparency regarding targets and achievements, leading to significant mental pressure. As a result, the work-life balance is severely affected, and most employees do not feel valued in this environment.

Skill development is good more knowledge we gets about product clearly

...nsent about the employee only they listen what our bosses say not to employees, Higher New employees giving higher designation and salary hike instade of give to our old employees

All Saturday are working so no work life balance. Saturday Sunday meetings held my management Not easily give leave Sometime if manager is not agree than emp have to mark loss of pay but they not approve leave Zero work life balance

Work Culture, Values are utmost important thing to follow, Collaboration at pheripehral level is high.

Dislikes

Low Salary, low Collaboration at top level which leads to dissatisfaction at peripheral level of employees, Digital interface is complicated for Customers, Partners and Employees.

Late night sitting unnecessarily, Rude and rough language usage by bosses inspite of men or women, Depreciation, Don't follow code of conduct,Don't respect staffs ,only business and results, lack of co-operation and team work, Insist for hard drinks ,Bad behaviour, don't get leave if you don't perform, bias nature.
