No promotion even after getting good appraisals. Salary can be improvised

I have lucky enough to have good bosses for having a good work life balance, with 4yrs old kid, this is main thing which is helping me move on being a non sales staff

Still people resign because of bosses at sales team majorly not because of company or salary,

In HDFC Life There is time to work life balance. There is no more such pressure about Targets (Depends upon L1 Manager). The brand value is easy to convert among competitors.

Dislikes

Salary is very low which is mentioned in payslip. Even HR also didn't know about employees salary. HR department is very week and they didn't care about employees. Very worst department in HDFC LIFE.

Hello team m Rishabh Rastogi from HDFC LIFE Bijnor Branch, there is a lot of pressure here for work and HDFC Life is a very good brand but there are no facilities for the employees in the office.

Here the calculation is less Here the salary is very high as compared to low and the facilities are also very less, the promotions target is very high and there are many parameters.
