Managers always shouting and scoulding there cams like kids Always pointing out cams salary and disrespecting No professionalism No punctuality No coordination Not at all supportive Managers at their worst behaviour for new joinees And HR never pick up the calls no matter how urgent it is No work life balance

Job security is good. If you don't do any fraud, then no one can take away your job.

Dislikes

No scope of growth. Work culture is not good. Do not pay for transportation on field. They expect to pay for everything from your own pocket, even if you have to give gifts to the sales people from your own salary. Managers are very bad cultured and will tell you foul things if you're not able to source policies.

...ot very active. So I have rated this company poor in skill development/learning. But rated them good in terms of compensation because I was getting a decent amount even though I had no prior work experience. Same was not applicable on my colleagues. So it depends...

Dislikes

The people from management..... I was in Banca channel and filed a complaint against one person who was employed in the bank(Channel Partner). HDFC Life refused to investigate stating that "oh that person is from another organization and we cannot investigate". So the whole case was handled by Bank's committee. This is so ridiculous because I am part of HDFC Life and they asked me to go to that bank. That was disappointing.

Skill development and learning is the main element in the hdfc life. Company culture and environment is very place to work.

...ys. Promotions and appraisals is a joke here less than 6% is the increment here. Salary are very low when compared to other similar industry.

Manager is your god. And manager scold in con call tell fukat ka salary leta hai kya. If you achieve Target then also you will not get increment. Boss gives more priority to girls.
