... Saturday and Sunday off as they have mentioned holiday at the time of joining. Also I feel there is discrimination in salary increament policy and working time among employees.

Late night sitting unnecessarily, Rude and rough language usage by bosses inspite of men or women, Depreciation, Don't follow code of conduct,Don't respect staffs ,only business and results, lack of co-operation and team work, Insist for hard drinks ,Bad behaviour, don't get leave if you don't perform, bias nature.
