Manager is your god. And manager scold in con call tell fukat ka salary leta hai kya. If you achieve Target then also you will not get increment. Boss gives more priority to girls.

Usual work day is for about 12 hrs On document Saturday is a non working day but you will be forced to work with out pay. Overtime is a myth Promotion depends upon L1's will. Variable pay is only for MT's and chief manager & above Huge gap in pay at same band.

...l Rules/regulations and values set by the organisation are really praise worthy. Good initial salary package. You will learn communication skills and build confidence but not much technical skills though.

The management staff doesn't really follow what has been preached. You will be verbally harassed for not meeting targets, i have seen senior make fun of people based on their looks. According to the company's rules miss selling is a taboo but managers will force you to sell products by hook or crook to meet targets. You will be made to work extra long hours instead of the promised actual time. if it's a big branch with more competation and god forbid if the competition gets good business, you will be chewed up by your senior's on a private call. My friend was in tears when he got shouted on for not being able to get business and it was only his first month. Overall the framework of the company is nice but whether you will enjoy your work life or not depends on the kind of superiors you get.

Stable job, one can work with co for long term. Good HR policies. Female friendly and safe organisation.

1. Pay structure is poor. The CTC includes the annual bonus. That means for earning your own CTC, one has to earn rating. 2. The managers are poor skilled, knows only to create pressure but don't know to manage pressure. Don't groom the teams. 3. 6 days working. 4. Way behind technically. Huge manual work is still there which can be handled by improved technology. 5. Overall, the co doesn't want to spend money over people, over technology,
