Late night sitting unnecessarily, Rude and rough language usage by bosses inspite of men or women, Depreciation, Don't follow code of conduct,Don't respect staffs ,only business and results, lack of co-operation and team work, Insist for hard drinks ,Bad behaviour, don't get leave if you don't perform, bias nature.

I like work atmosphere with relative co-employee and higher s mainly learning skills and developing of my work and working times .everything is going well here very good job for employees, growth levels also very nice..

I'm unsatisfied with my salary and I got work pressure a lot .

Likes

I just simply love the company, be it work culture, sales incentives, or training and they are always open to feedback and suggestion. I learned a lot in HDFC life.

Dislikes

I was not satisfied with my salary, I was asked for my salary at the time of the interview and I told them 25000 pm. I was hired and when I got my first salary it was 170000 which was really heartbreaking.

People will say you there's lot of pressure... Well it is true but for those who wait till 31st or 30th just for the salary. Else just complete minimum Target and stay happy

Dislikes

Sometime especially after COVID the virtual meeting last longer than 4-5 hrs . Unbearable sometimes. Some politics in cabins which is quite common everywhere.

... nice person. If someone do work his or her best then they surely get promotion. Salary also very good. Our trainer also very nice person. Our colleagues also very friendly.

Dislikes

Sometimes they pressured us for new business. But I think it's good for us, because when they pressured us we look ahead n by hook or crook we got new business. For this reason we got all benefits like intensive, promotion everything.
