...the cost cutting which effects Employee's conveyance, variable, appraisals etc.. This means Ergo has to improve the adequate pay scale as per Employee's skills and performance.

1.Work environment was friendly & approach towards hierarchial level was easier. 2.Work-life balance was smooth. 3.Learning opportunity was awesome.

Dislikes

1.Compensation is up to the experience & growth 2.Lot of politics 3.Managers take advantage with the strengths like if a person is work-aholic they ask to work more than working hours n burden with loads of work but doesn't appreciate or recognize the efforts 4.Focus on OJT is poor & the seniors had to guide the fresher's about the look & corner of the work process, due to politics the seniors effort go unnoticed.

...ha Is attitude oriented whose word is customer is not important. than brand..... but he don't know because customers only he can get the salary.... & Eat the food. Different rules for employees. chain smoker & Drinkers State head like Mrinal Pande can be good employee in terms of hygiene level. rest are bad. They support the HDFC BM like Kartik Tadurwar who ask for physical from their coworker & keep demand for night stand for ladies' job in bank. Few woman heads are scheme part of woman empowerment scheme. These are Mrs. Jayashree , Miss Tiwari, Mrs. Mahalaxmi Iyar. these woman can do anything u cant imagine, to took appreciation from management. All these good thing I like from HDFC ERGO.

There is no job security, the salary is low, and employees are hired and fired without any reason and there is high work pressure. They hand out fancy Deputy Manager/ senior manager titles but force employees to do field sales like any other worker.

Nothing even HOD sitting at Mumbai not eager to pay travelling allowance. Great joke you need to provide upi payment detail for bus fare if you have travelled by private bus.

Seniors don't have humanity, you need to attend concall even though you are in icu.
