Manager are more cooperative , i am happy with management and also they will give salary on time in this pandemic situation.

Everything is fine but i am not happy with my salary. Salary is too low as compared my work. I am too dedicated to my work .

1.Work environment was friendly & approach towards hierarchial level was easier. 2.Work-life balance was smooth. 3.Learning opportunity was awesome.

1.Compensation is up to the experience & growth 2.Lot of politics 3.Managers take advantage with the strengths like if a person is work-aholic they ask to work more than working hours n burden with loads of work but doesn't appreciate or recognize the efforts 4.Focus on OJT is poor & the seniors had to guide the fresher's about the look & corner of the work process, due to politics the seniors effort go unnoticed.

This is my first corporate job in HDFC, and I'm still working, everything is good.

I'm working in this company from last 4 years, still I'm struggling to get on payroll, in pemdamic employees who are on company payroll get their bonus on time (April) and we still don't know anything about ours. at the end we come to know that company is in loss so third party payroll employees can't get bonus as well as increment this year. which is something I did not expected. Payroll employees got their bonus but at our time it's in loss, that's Sad.

...e well..every 3months they will arrange trips.hdfc ergo we were like a family..they will provide on time salary and good bonus.. as a part of HDFC ERGO I personally enjoyed a lot

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I think I can't face any porblam with hdfc ergo.
