company is providing new employees with higher compensation packages than existing employees, without offering any increment to the latter. This can create dissatisfaction among the older employees.

Salary structure need to be check ( destination wise salary is not upto the market level ) & also the annual bonus is to low special for the sale team. At least should get more incentive than operation.
