Its a very innovative health insurance company in term of product innovation.the culture of company is fantastic very supportive team member from top to bottom .but little bit lackness feel in the field of training deptt.overall company is good and work satisfaction much more

...the cost cutting which effects Employee's conveyance, variable, appraisals etc.. This means Ergo has to improve the adequate pay scale as per Employee's skills and performance.

...what to do and how.. just business without planning. Lack of vision n mission. Comparatively Very low salary and incentives . Software n system upto 1980s. Focus on employee tracking instead of supporting.

Manager are more cooperative , i am happy with management and also they will give salary on time in this pandemic situation.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
