They need low package employees No scope of growth They don't know how to utilise the employees skills and what ever the skills you have learnt in past every thing will vanished due to non utilisation. If you have good reference you will get good post and salaries The new CEO is very poor in cost optimization Very soon this hdfc ergo will be in loss. Work culture is very bad as lot of work loads but campare to work salary is low.Appraisal is always suspense even you work better you may face bad appraisal.Even on sat and sun you may have to work if work is overloaded.
