Looking for a fresher opening - searching for a job, After serving for almost 15 years Sr are forcing me to leave the job, reason not performing, not supportive, not a team player, making a sile mistake. But they do not think for other side, Working at the same designation for 8 + years, in that one I got best performance of the year, almost 2nd highest in no of case review high sanction ratio, but never get appreciation, recognition, Now at the age of 47, searching for a new job and facing problems because of Age, designation and package.

This company is having toxic environment. Neither we were working here for appraisal nor working for incentives. Only we were working for our job pressure. That time was like a trauma for me. In the starting they told me the working hours are 8-9 hrs. After joining it was 12-15 hrs.

...ime and everywhere, even when you are sick. The managers dont have any humanity. Pay is okay, but appraisal is poor. They is no growth in the compnay even when you are investing 10 years in the company. I will not suggest anyone to join HDFC Credila. They want you to work minimum 10 hours a day. Your manager will call you an scold you if you will leave early.
