Work culture and the seniors disrespect there juniors, abused them, Cut there salary, not allowed for any medical leave.. and all this things are happened infront of camera but still the management are not taking any action against him

...are very helpful.. stick timing. banking rules follows. mandate eaves are there. salary on time.

work pressure too much. already viral video. Personal life very much hamper. this is call center type job. too much sales pressure.

The company HDFC tag is big & reputable & hence the name looks good in CV when mentioned.

... 6 months contract. If you do well, you are confirmed or else get terminated. 3. The salary is on upper side in VRM channel as freshers or little experienced people get hired with 4.5L package. But that the point of recruiting candidates in mass as employees leave within 6 months of work. Never ever join VRM channel of HDFC Bank if you want your career to go up not the other way around.

I never get the right kind of respect from seniors specially even though we are on roll staffs some of the managers they treat us like off roll staffs and I have felt a lot of biase behavior is felt where we are not properly supported in work.

Product, customer trust on bank and it's help you to work in bank , office collogue help for you work time , internal job switch option available and job security only on your performance.

As per work not provide the salary and time to time change the product and sales targets , with out intimation and taken consent the role and work , promotion not depends on you it's totally depends on the supervisor and higher supervisor if they want to give you pramotion for not.
