...re is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good.appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bomd of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Only job security. Salary on time. Work life balance is depends on manager.

Excessive work load, it ruin week end and late night so it hardly impact on work life balance. Poor management (Depends on vertical). Poisonous politics. Unpractical deadlines. At join they told its hybrid but after few months manager ruling to come everyday. Bad infrastructure, office and internet services.

Salary is not good. This company is a few things restricted to incentive and bonus and employee service not good. I am not satisfaction. These are all not good

No skill development for employees in HDFC and there is no Good Culture at HDFC - No value and vishion for the employee here - Only the name - nothing is there inside
