...e. There is a huge cafetaria and a separate room for reading books for chilling. Company policies are excellent, and appraisals are fair but salary hike and bonus is poor every year.

...management doesn't address our issues. They don't give attention in our issues. Salary and career growth both are slow. You can do your join and remain in organisation upon your wish. Here the promotion is also very poor. No one is giving attention on off role employees.

All are good job security, work life balance, Job satisfaction, Skills and knowledge development, these are all is good

Salary is not good. This company is a few things restricted to incentive and bonus and employee service not good. I am not satisfaction. These are all not good

There is no one in the bank to explain And the ones that are old, new people treat them differently, & Timing is a big issue, like coming to the bank is on time but leaving is not fixed And there is a lot more to write but it cannot be completed in one line

Nothing except job security. Home loan rates if you stay for long here.

Dislikes

No work life balance. The salary may seem good but is not worth the working hours that you put. Less to no perks at all. They make you work full time even on bank holidays and sundays. Late sitting till almost 11.30 pm at times. Even females are not spared.
