Likes

Company is good. Good training provided at HDFC bank house branches. Very good for learning about this job role. Provides opportunity of reimbursement as well.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Shift usually got over at 10PM. No overtime pay. Targets are unrealistic. Promotion is given based on target achievement hence it is a luck based slow process. Senior management is unsympathetic to junior designations.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There are very work than salary. Salary is too much low. Basic salary is very poor and Not satisfy for Daily allowance or Traveling allowance.
