Contract permanent employee partiality Non rational thinking managers Vendors should work like donkeys while permanent staff is chilling Most permanent staff are not good at their work Top management never hear about vendor employee concerns Many permanent staff is being paid hell of salary for no reason. 1: They gives good bonus and that's the only good part of organisation. 2: If you are at higher position then loan benefits is best perk like home loan at 2.5%

Only job security. Salary on time. Work life balance is depends on manager.

Dislikes

Excessive work load, it ruin week end and late night so it hardly impact on work life balance. Poor management (Depends on vertical). Poisonous politics. Unpractical deadlines. At join they told its hybrid but after few months manager ruling to come everyday. Bad infrastructure, office and internet services.
