There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Salary Improvement required, old & new employee salary pakage are different of same post. Old employees got low package & new appointy get higher pakage of salary.

Salary & Position growth is not available in organization, it is same here at other corporate.

Very very low Salary, environment, daily huddle, lot's of pressure. Always Team manager and unit head will say do Life insurance.than home loan, personal loan then other products.

Compensation to responsibility is very poor Salary hike is a myth Can't use hdfc account or credit cards without getting audit for simplest of transactions There's no training activity or skill development programmes; you'll be given n role and they expect you to magically handle it.
