...never approves our leaves ,one kind of we fought for taking our legal leaves... She uses so much non- profesional word also she questioned about our salary, misbehaving with employees and she denied to gave daily lunch and tea breaks also... Many times she stopped using in the name of meeting after end out duty time 6:30

the work culture, i didn't even had my salary account created after 1 month. The managers were least bothered too. Pathetic organization. The customers used to literally abused in the bank for the poor service.

...s due to SO are grassroots. Work environment & innovation cultures is standard.. work life try to makes balance by me as the salary lavel ? Covid/Lockdown give us NIL incentive s due to not give satisfaction to our BOSS target.

Upper management nevertheless fills we (S.O.)are the COMPANY Stuffs. Like " Bell's of Temple ".

Salary Improvement required, old & new employee salary pakage are different of same post. Old employees got low package & new appointy get higher pakage of salary.

Salary & Position growth is not available in organization, it is same here at other corporate.
