HR manager has no power, whistle blower policy will ruin your career because people will come to know about you. Some bosses will play with your career. And some bosses will even harass you for forceful resignation. If you are on notice period, avoid email outside of organisation.

Salary after working for 9years still not reviewed, its the lowest what I get compare to market standards as well as tenure & loyalty served.. Bank doesnt care for his koyal and experience employee ...I have been under paid since so many years that now my reporting agents are also earning more then me. Disappointed. This shld be reviewed and salary correction should be made.
