HDFC should seriously consider vendors contribution at work and should do less pampering for permanent employees. Many managers have no idea what is happening in the project

There is nothing good which can you consider a good or atleast infact an average thing that you have working with HDFC bank. If you will make a big Blinder infact the senior don't know how to deal with it, while I am talking about the top most senior in hierarchy, they only give a warning ⚠️ only.

...ecause it only gives you a name of a brand which seems fundamentally irrational. Poor salary. The appraisal can be count within a count of fingers. A person can be take a growth here if you don't want to learn things anymore and if you love to repeat the things in a robotic manner.
