Compensation to responsibility is very poor Salary hike is a myth Can't use hdfc account or credit cards without getting audit for simplest of transactions There's no training activity or skill development programmes; you'll be given n role and they expect you to magically handle it.

...artial behaviour of seniors No implementation of deadline No existence of HR Poor pay masters to existing employees vs new highered difference HR benefits reduction Overloading of reduntant work leading to inefficiency in 8 hours hence resulting in late working hours Unnecessary data mis preparation almost every week In simple words this bank should be closed and handed over to govt
